2. Acceptance of these Terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a proposal, providing access for work, or purchasing a service, you agree to the Terms applicable to that transaction or engagement. If a signed proposal, statement of work, quotation or written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specifically agreed written terms normally govern that engagement to the extent of the conflict.
3. Services and scope
Each service is limited to the scope described on the relevant service page, quotation, proposal, email confirmation or statement of work. Unless expressly included, a service does not automatically include additional development, ad spend, premium software, hosting, copywriting, creative production, CRM configuration, third-party charges or ongoing management. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote, additional payment or separate written approval.
4. Orders and payment
- Prices may be displayed in USD, INR or another stated currency.
- Payment may be collected through PayPal, bank transfer or another agreed method.
- An online payment is not, by itself, confirmation that every requested task is technically possible or within the purchased scope.
- If an order materially exceeds the stated scope or depends on unavailable access, data or third-party capabilities, we will discuss the issue before proceeding with additional chargeable work.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, taxes, statutory levies, media spend and third-party costs are additional where applicable.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely, accurate and lawful information, access, approvals and materials reasonably needed to perform the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, offers, prices, products and services advertised by your business; rights/permissions for materials you provide; appropriate account security; timely review/approval; and compliance with laws and platform policies applicable to your business and industry.
6. Account credentials and access
Where possible, provide access through official account invitations, manager accounts or delegated-user systems. Do not email passwords unless there is no practical alternative and a secure transmission method has been explicitly agreed.
7. Advertising platforms and third parties
Google, Meta, PayPal, hosting providers, analytics systems, marketplaces and other third-party platforms operate independently and may change rules, interfaces, pricing, algorithms, approval systems or functionality without notice. dotcompals cannot guarantee account approval, uninterrupted platform availability, ad delivery, ranking, indexing, payment acceptance or continued availability of any third-party feature.
8. No guarantee of advertising or commercial results
Marketing performance depends on market demand, competition, pricing, offer quality, website performance, sales follow-up, seasonality, platform behaviour and budget. Unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement, dotcompals does not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales, rankings, ROAS, revenue, conversion rate or other commercial outcome. Forecasts and recommendations are professional judgements, not promises of future results.
9. Search engine and SEO limitations
Search engines control indexing and ranking. SEO work may improve technical quality, relevance and discoverability, but no legitimate provider can guarantee a specific organic ranking for a keyword or permanent search visibility.
10. Delivery and timelines
Any delivery estimate assumes timely receipt of required access, information and approvals. Delays caused by incomplete access, client response times, third-party outages, account reviews, platform restrictions or dependencies may extend delivery dates. If a fixed deadline is critical, it must be agreed in writing before purchase or project commencement.
11. Revisions
Revision entitlement, if any, depends on the purchased service or project agreement. A revision means a reasonable change within the original approved scope. New functionality, a changed brief, additional pages, new campaigns, new markets or materially expanded work may be quoted separately.
12. Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of materials and intellectual property you provide.
- After full payment, you may use final client-specific deliverables for their intended business purpose.
- dotcompals retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methodologies, know-how, reusable templates, internal processes, scripts, frameworks and general techniques.
- Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, libraries and platforms remain subject to their own licences.
13. Confidential information
Both parties should treat non-public business, account, customer and technical information received during an engagement as confidential and use it only for the engagement or another authorised purpose, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already lawfully public.
14. Case studies and public references
We will not intentionally publish confidential client data. Case studies, testimonials, logos or identifiable performance data should be used publicly only with appropriate permission or where the information has already been made public by the client. Generalised or anonymised learnings may be used where they do not disclose confidential client information.
15. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, impersonate another person, commit fraud or use our services for unlawful activities.
16. Suspension or refusal of service
We may refuse, suspend or stop work where payment is overdue; required access/information is not provided; the requested activity appears unlawful, deceptive or contrary to platform rules; continued access creates a material security risk; there is abusive conduct; or the project has materially changed beyond the agreed scope and no revised agreement is reached.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dotcompals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity, except where such exclusion is not legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or costs arising from unlawful materials, misleading claims, intellectual-property violations or unauthorised data supplied by you for use in a project, except to the extent caused by dotcompals' own unlawful conduct or breach.
19. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any project-specific written agreement. Nothing in that policy limits any non-waivable right available under applicable law.
20. Privacy
Use of personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, statutory remedy or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes arising from these Terms or services will be subject to the competent courts in Palakkad, Kerala, India.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, operational or legal changes. The version published at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless the parties agree otherwise or a legal change requires different treatment.
These are general website terms drafted for an India-based professional digital services business. They are not a substitute for individual legal advice, particularly for high-value contracts, regulated industries, international data transfers, GST/export-of-services issues or enterprise clients.
